God is up to something.

Most definately my Heavenly Father is up to something.

I can't wait to see what He has in store.

Let me just encourage you today...
If it looks as though things are at their worst and you are scared and unsure...this is exactly when God gets the opportunity to Show Up & Show Out. This is when we finally run out and He finally gets to work and move.

We as humans are controllers...we like to control our lives, plan our lives, take charge of our lives. When things go wrong we immediately being to fix things.

When we finally reach the end of what we can do God can finally begin what He wants to do and wanted to do all along.

Some ends have been reached this week. Now we are just waiting to see what God is up to. We trust Him and we are following Him.

Mr. Wonderful lost his job yesterday. The initial reaction was tough, but we quickly grabbed hold of our Faithful Heavenly Father's hand and we will NOT let go.

My job is not secure either, we both worked for the same company, I do not know what will happen by weeks end. I do know that no matter what happens we serve a Faithful & Loving Father and He will take care of us.

My brother was layed off this week as well and Neesie still has not found work either. Times are tough.

I believe with all of my heart that God has a plan for us and that His plan is better than any other plan ever could be. And I cannot wait to see what God is up to and where He leads.

I am thankful that we have each other and an incredible Lord and Savior. The rest will simply be taken care of.

Matthew 6:25-34
"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?
And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God cothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
So do not worry, saying, "What shall we eat?" or "What shall we drink?" or "What shall we wear?" For the pagans run after these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
Therefore do no worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

And that is that...God has us and we trust Him.

Be encouraged today that even in these tough times it's going to be alright. God has THE plan and He knows what is best.

God is who He says He is.
God can do what He says He can do.
I am who God says I am.
I can do all things through Christ.
God's word is alive and active in me.
